Hound was looking to improve their website from a design and user experience point of view. They needed a thorough analysis of their site usability and a game plan for improving it.
We started with a user journey map in order to understand how clients experienced the website. Based on our findings, we were able to help Hound define the user experience that they wanted to have. We helped them re-design their website to be more friendly, with improved design, and easier to use, with more clear paths and flows for the client to take.
