Facebook is definitely the most popular place to market your content. How can it not be, with a potential audience of 2.07 billion Facebook users? But it’s not enough to just throw links to your blog posts and leave it at that. You need a strategy if you are going to market content on Facebook.


The first thing you need to decide is how often you are going to post. And this depends on how much original content you have. Facebook audiences hate it when you post the same thing over and over again in the same exact way. Feel free to post every day, or even several times a day, as long as you are posting interesting, useful things.


Your message, the written or spoken parts of your content, will depend on your target audience. This is pretty easy with B2C because you can find out what you customers like with some simple user experience research.

But with B2B, you have to be careful, since you are targeting people on Facebook, but ultimately selling to businesses. User experience research is necessary as well to know what language these individuals speak and how to reach them. Think serious, or whimsical, or modern, or traditional. It will vary depending on your target business and your target position in that business.


You can post links to articles and websites, of course, but that quickly becomes boring for your audience. By creating graphics, such as ads, infographics, and GIFs, you can market your blog content consistently while interesting your audience with eye-catching and informative graphics.

Change It Up

It might seem like an easy option to create a strategy and stay with it.
